Delivery Terms & Conditions

All our jewellery is 925 sterling silver and we feel confident that you will be satisfied with all our items as we feel sure we have described them as accurately as possible. Please note that all our jewelery is individually handmade and the weights and measures are as exact as possible but should they vary, then you will receive an e mail advising you of any change.  In fact, you can guarantee that the item as on the photo is the item you will receive, unless stated otherwise.

There is no minimum order.  Deliveries will be made by registered post and will require a signature on arrival.  This way, you are sure your goods will arrive at the delivery address.  We will post your goods within 2 days from receiving payment.
The majority of countries we deliver to include Great Britain, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Germany.  If your country is not listed here, then please e mail us to discuss it as the postage may be a little more. Please be aware that although the goods will be sent out within 2 days of receiving payment (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you should allow 14 days for delivery to your home.

Should you not be satisfied with your goods, we offer you our money back guarantee provided you e mail us within 7 days of receipt, stating the reasons why you are not happy.  The items must be sent back to us in the original package within 14 days of receipt and they must be sent by insured post.  If not, we cannot be responsible for any returns sent.  We regret the cost of postage cannot be re-imbursed.  This does not affect your statutory right.

All our pieces are carefully inspected to ensure they are despatched in perfect condition. However, should your goods arrive faulty then of course an exchange or full refund will be made provided they are returned within 7 days of receipt and notification of such fault having been e mailed to us within 3 days of receipt.  The items must be sent back to us in their original package and sent by insured post.
 
If you are returning items because they are faulty, then obviously we will re-imburse you the postage.

Obviously, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty of course.

All items on our website are exclusive of delivery and do not include the minerals and chains where photographed alongside the item.

Tip: Do not use a silver dip on the jewellery as it may damage the gem.
